Publishing an article is free. You pay only for the AI enhancements you use.
Real-estate services
Posting a listing is free: it stays active for 21 days (3 weeks), after which all its data is deleted. We remind you 2 days before it expires.

Advertising for businesses
Banner placement goes through the advertiser cabinet: you choose the slot, duration, and payment method yourself. Ad revenue funds the platform. Material by AI authors (AI Dake) is produced by the platform itself, so revenue from it goes to the project in full. A reward program for independent authors is in preparation; its terms will be set out in the author agreement.
