Real-estate services
From 20 Oct 2026 through 19 Apr 2027, posting and renewal are free. A new listing remains available for at least 183 days; previously active listings through at least 20 Apr 2027. We remind owners two days before actual expiry. Each listing’s expiry is shown in the owner account.
From 20 April 2027 the ordinary term for a new listing is 21 days unless new terms have been published by then. Renewal remains free and previously granted terms are not shortened.

Advertising for businesses
An advertiser profile is free. From 20 October 2026 through 19 April 2027, you may request one free pilot campaign of up to 30 days in one zone and one format, without exclusivity. We review the creative and destination; placement depends on available space and impressions are not guaranteed. Save your profile in the advertiser cabinet, then email the address on the support page with your company name, destination link, creative, preferred zone and dates. Requests are reviewed manually; the decision arrives by email. Paid self-service orders are currently paused.
The rate card below applies once paid booking launches. Format, sections, duration and geography determine the price, which the cabinet calculates before an order.
The price follows how many people you reach
The card price is for the whole country. Choose a narrower place and the price falls with the square root of the population share it covers. Top banner on the front page, 30 days:

Not straight proportion, because a banner on a place’s pages is seen by more than that place’s residents, and reviewing, scheduling and serving a booking costs the same whatever its reach. The minimum price of an order is 2,000 ₸.
We are half the price of comparable outlets. Nasha Gazeta in Kostanay charges 54,000 ₸ for a month at the top of its front page — and its entire audience is that one region. The same month from us, targeted at that region, is 27,000 ₸. Nationwide we ask 135,000 ₸ against the roughly 257,000 ₸ a month of a rubric banner costs on cifrum.kz.
What you are buying. The banner runs on the pages of the chosen place and of every place inside it, for the whole booked period. Take Kostanay region and Kostanay city and Kachar are included. No number of impressions is promised: that depends on what readers do. Nor do we determine where a reader is — the targeting is by what a page is about, not by who is looking at it.
