Kazakhstan reviews road and hospital works in Kyzylorda Region

The Kyzylorda bypass is planned for 2029; the government reports that construction of a 300-bed hospital is 85% complete.

First Deputy Prime Minister Nurlybek Nalibayev inspected road and social infrastructure projects in Kyzylorda Region on 20 October. The city bypass reconstruction has an allocation of 46.4 billion tenge. Contractors are preparing the roadbed and drainage pipes, while commissioning is planned for 2029.

The government says the Beineu–Sekseuil road project covers 182.2 kilometres and has an allocation of 191.5 billion tenge. On the Ulgaysyn–Sekseuil route, traffic will remain on the existing road during construction; the old route will be rebuilt after the new one opens.

A 300-bed multidisciplinary hospital is also under construction in Kyzylorda, alongside a clinic designed for 100 visits per shift. Officials report 85% construction completion, but equipment procurement continues. The facility cannot provide the promised care until it is equipped and formally commissioned.
