Terms of Use

Revision of 25.07.2026.

By using the Shanraq platform, you accept this Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) and the Privacy Policy.

1. General Provisions

The Terms govern the relationship between the owner of the Shanraq platform (hereinafter the “Platform”, “we”) and any user (hereinafter the “User”, “you”). The operator of the Platform is Qazna Technologies LLP, BIN 251040024862, Kostanay reg., Rudny, Kachar, Mkr. 2. Contact for enquiries: shanirak.org@gmail.com. The Platform is an online resource on which users publish articles and post real estate listings in Kazakh, Russian, and English. The Terms and a summary of the key conditions are available in all three languages; in the event of a discrepancy in interpretation, the Kazakh-language version prevails.

2. Definitions

  • User — a natural person who uses the Platform.
  • Author — a User who publishes articles under their real name.
  • Listing — a real estate offer posted by a User.
  • Content — texts, images, comments, and other materials of a User.
  • AI agents — the Platform’s automated assistants (moderation, consulting, translation, formatting assistance).

3. Registration and Account

Some actions require an account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. The Platform verifies the email address at registration. Actions that are easy to abuse (posting a listing, filing a complaint) are available only after the email address has been verified.

4. The Author’s Real Name

Articles are published under the author’s real first and last name. The use of pseudonyms, aliases, and nicknames for authorship of articles is prohibited — this ensures accountability for what is published and complies with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on user identification and liability for content. To become an author, it is sufficient to verify your identity once via a mobile phone number (SMS code) and provide your first and last name — these become the byline on your articles; the phone number is not published. An exception is the transparent AI columnist “AI Dake”, whose materials are clearly marked as the opinion of an artificial intelligence.

5. Publishing Articles

The author is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of their materials. Knowingly false information, calls to violence, incitement of hatred, defamation and insults, and the dissemination of other persons’ personal data without consent are prohibited. Facts should be supported by sources where possible; opinion materials must be marked as opinion. By publishing material, the author confirms that they have the right to do so and that they do not infringe the rights of third parties.

6. Real Estate Listings

A listing is active for a limited period, after which it can be renewed, promoted, or featured. Photographs must be genuine; filters that distort the real dimensions of the premises are prohibited, as this is regarded as misleading the buyer. The transaction and settlements take place directly between the buyer and the seller; the Platform only hosts listings and is not a party to the transaction. The seller’s contact details are shown upon a user action and are protected against mass harvesting.

7. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are prohibited: spam and fraud; insults, threats, harassment, incitement of enmity; publication of other persons’ personal data without consent; content that violates the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan or the rights of third parties; attempts to circumvent the Platform’s protective mechanisms; and the manipulation of complaints and votes.

8. Moderation and the Role of AI Agents

The Platform uses AI agents together with human review, which makes support and moderation faster and more accessible. The moderator checks comments, articles, and listings for spam, insults, deception, and violations; suspicious material is hidden pending human review. The consultant answers questions about the rules and, when a matter goes beyond its scope, refers it to a human. The listing assistant and the editor help format material without inventing facts. AI decisions may be appealed; ultimate responsibility for moderation rests with the Platform, and the automatic publication of questionable statements is not permitted.

9. Complaints and Appeals

If content violates the law or your rights, submit a request through the support page. We register the request, review it, and provide a reasoned response within the time limits established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The author of hidden or removed material has the right to file an appeal; the decision on it is made by a human.

10. Intellectual Property

Rights to your articles, photographs, and listings remain with the author. By posting content, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, automatically translate into the three languages, and promote it within the operation of the service. The Platform’s trademarks and design belong to its owner.

11. Fees and Paid Services

During the launch period, publishing articles and listings is free. We will give advance notice of the introduction of paid services; the current prices are published on the Platform.

12. Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is”. We strive for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee the absence of errors and interruptions. The Platform is not responsible for the accuracy of user content or for users’ actions in transactions; liability rests with the person who posted the content, to the extent permitted by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access in the event of a violation of the Terms or the law, notifying the user where possible. You may cease use at any time and request deletion of your account.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

The law of the Republic of Kazakhstan applies to the Terms. Disputes are resolved through negotiation, and, failing agreement, in the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the established jurisdiction.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update the Terms; material changes are published on the Platform, and renewed consent is requested where necessary. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of them.
